Meet the people:





Dennis morgan



Dennis Morgan brings over 4 decades of leading high performing housing agencies, including Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority, the Orlando Housing Authority, and the Deland Housing Authority. Dennis is a nationally recognized trainer and consultant, setting the standard in education. With his broad range of knowledge, he conducts training, operational policies, and supportive services in all aspects of HUD and Housing Authority programs.

Dennis is currently a NAHRO faculty member. ​



David morgan



David Morgan nationally recognized trainer and consultant, with a perspective as a commissioner and housing professional. David conducts training, agency audits, operational policies, procurement and streamlining operations. He project managed disaster relief efforts across the Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina, agency consolidations and the disposition of REO properties for HUD. His previous experience was with SEC compliance filings and project management in New York.

He currently serves and is a previous Chairman of the Sarasota Housing Authority, and serves on the Florida Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials board
